Afribaz is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers to facilitate business opportunities. The platform allows users to publish listings, discover products and requests, and communicate directly with other users.

Afribaz is operated by Connecting The Dots Global Limited, based in Bijilo, Gambia. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Afribaz is intended for professional and commercial use and does not act as a seller, buyer, or intermediary in transactions between users.

Afribaz acts solely as a platform for connecting users. Afribaz does not participate in, control, or guarantee any transaction between users.

All agreements, negotiations, and transactions take place directly between buyers and sellers outside of the platform. Afribaz is not a party to any contract formed between users.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating the reliability, legitimacy, and suitability of any counterparty.

To use Afribaz, users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

Users are required to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

Afribaz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Users may create listings to offer products or request goods and services. All information provided in listings must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish, including descriptions, prices, images, and any other information.

Afribaz does not verify listings and does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or availability of any listed item.

Afribaz provides messaging tools that allow buyers and sellers to communicate directly with each other.

Users agree to use messaging only for legitimate business communication related to listings. Spam, harassment, misleading content, threats, or abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.

Afribaz may store messages for the purpose of operating the platform, ensuring security, preventing abuse, responding to support requests, reviewing reported content, and enforcing platform rules.

For these purposes, Afribaz administrators may review messages exchanged through the platform. Admin access is limited to platform safety, support, abuse prevention, dispute-related review, and compliance with Afribaz rules.

Afribaz is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers and does not decide or process payments, delivery, returns, cancellations, or refunds.

Users agree not to use Afribaz for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Offering or requesting illegal goods or services
• Providing false or misleading information
• Engaging in fraud or deceptive practices
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Attempting to manipulate or abuse the platform

Afribaz reserves the right to remove any content or restrict access to users who violate these rules.

Afribaz reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any listing or user account at its sole discretion.

Listings may be rejected, removed, or modified if they violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Afribaz is not obligated to provide detailed justification for moderation decisions but may do so where appropriate.

Afribaz does not process payments and does not provide escrow or buyer protection services in its current version.

All financial transactions are conducted directly between users at their own risk.

Afribaz does not guarantee the successful completion of any transaction and is not responsible for payment disputes, delivery issues, or contract enforcement.

Afribaz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afribaz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.

Afribaz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

Afribaz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
